All orders will be processed and shipped according to the following schedule:

Weekend and Holiday Orders Shipped Next Business Day

This schedule is followed during our regular business hours 8am – 5pm PT, Monday – Friday. Weekend and Holiday Orders are shipped on the next open business day via the selected shipping method.

Currently, we ship within the 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or to Armed Forces APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Free standard shipping

If your order is over $40.00 (pre-tax and after discounts), you will qualify for free standard shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska addresses). Shipments are subject to shipping carrier’s on-time performance and availability. Munchkin will select the optimal shipping carrier for free shipping, which could be either via the United States Postal Service or UPS. The qualifying amount applies to all merchandise on 'Standard' shipping method must be selected at checkout. Extra processing time may apply. Please note that Munchkin reserves the sole and exclusive right to change or modify these terms at any time without notice to you.

Hassle-free returns

We hope you love what you’ve ordered. But if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your order for a full refund, credit, or exchange of the item cost within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging, with original hang tags attached, and include all accessories, instruction guides and labels. Clothing items must be unworn. Domestic return shipping is free. The cost of the original shipping is not refundable.

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions.

Please note that we are only able to refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
